1 - RESERVATION AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

All reservations must be made with a credit card. You will be notified by email when your reservation is registered and any payments have been made.

The maximum capacity of the Loft Zen is 2 people.

The maximum capacity of the Parenthèse is 2 people.

A young child can be accepted at no extra cost, please inform us, we can provide you with a travel cot.

Our animal friends are not allowed.

2 - METHOD OF PAYMENT

A deposit will be required to confirm the reservation.

For the Zen loft, this deposit will be €80.

For the Parenthesis, this deposit will be 30% of the total amount, with a minimum of €20.

The balance can be paid up until the day of your arrival.

We accept the following payments:

- By credit card

- By transfer

- By Paylib

- By holiday vouchers

- In cash

3 - DEPOSIT OF THE WARRANTY

A deposit of €500 will be required, either by check upon arrival or by bank imprint (not debited from your account).

This deposit will be returned to you once the accommodation has been vacated and inspected after your departure.
